Cobbler Christmas 2018!

 The Cobblers are coming!



Carol brought wine!

Carol P brought some wonderful 
Apple Pie moonshine her son made! 
we all had to try it out... a couple times! 

Always lots of food! i made a Zuppa Tuscana (olive garden) soup, 
and olive bread..Sister Jana brought salad & cream cheese with
a jalapeno jam Yum!
Carol P brought ribbon sandwiches and Auntie Mary 
brought Yummy appetizers! 

Auntie Pat and cousin Beth were away 
with family, we missed you! 

now some show and tell!
Auntie Mary made her DIL a reversible quilt 
and had it machine quilted!



Time for Gifts!
i have been collecting at sales, cute lil bags for my Pincushions..




here is the stash!
Carol P made us each a tote! made personally for each of us..
sister Jana made us a mug mat
Auntie Pat made us each a dish towel, lil pepper nut cookies & a jar 
of pickled beets!
Auntie Mary made us each stationary in a box & a fabric star ornament!
Carol made us each a wool pincushion in a vintage zinc lid!
Joyce made us each her signature peanut brittle! we wait for it
and boy if she didn't bring it there would be mad cobblers!
i made the stitched pincushion!

mine is vintagie and actually resembles 
my blog!
Auntie Mary loves reds. blacks
Joyces has a nurse motif cuz.. shes a nurse! 
Carol also loves reds and blacks
Sister Jana loves Kansas trouble fabrics and 
Auntie Pat loves frogs!
not showing cobbler Beths as she reads my blog!
and hasn't gotten hers yet!



I love Auntie Pats pepper nut cookies
a perfect bite with coffee! i knew i had her recipe here
thought i'd share!

Carol even brought Dennis a gift and left the 
cookies for him! 

as always there was great friends, food and fun!
