  1. I'm sending a big hug to your household. Sorry about your beautiful Gizzy passing.
It always breaks my heart to loose a pet when they get old and their quality of life is painful.
    Hugs,
    JB

  9. I'm sorry, Jody. I don't know what I would do if one of my two would go over the Rainbow Bridge. I have become so close to them, since Fred died. I am sure, if need be, that you could 5 of each kind of fur babies''5 cats and 5 dogs? Or does it say in the town's by-laws that only 5 animals total is allowed? Sneak one in--if they are inside cats, the town constable will never know!!! :-)

  10. So sorry to hear that Gizzy has passed on. You gave him a wonderful life and were a great "mom" to him. No matter how heartbreaking it is to lose a pet, I always come to the conclusion that no matter how hard the end is, we are willing to bare the sorrow because it is the price we pay in return for a lifetime of companionship & unconditional love. I hope your sadness will soon be replaced with all the wonderful memories you have of Gizzy.
A friend once gave me a sign that said "Cats are like potato chips - you can't have just one".
