Monday Catch Up..Again

gosh the days are flying by... Cindy girlfriend and i went on a road trip early morning til late pm.
as always we had fun and found lots of treasures. i was a bit disappointed that i didn't see much in vintage Christmas.. i did find my stash in the basement from rummage sales this past summer tho and felt a bit better.

 i splurged and bought this set of pincushion shoes
i wasn't going too but when i got to the cash register the other
things i had were half off sooo bought these for 12.49
I'm not sure on the 2nd shoe it just has a hole so maybe for scissors?

 then i couldn't leave this set of dishes for 15.99 i don't know anything about them
and would have paid 15.99 for the bowls alone! i will probley get rid of most of this set
as i have no place to store them... go figure.

 i have been trying to get Christmas decorating done...
i have picked these mugs up when ever i see them at sales and this is part of what
i have.. i do plan on selling these altho.... sure look nice all stacked together.

 i was on a long red underwear kick a few years ago..
they hang in the porch off an old iron rake..

 and love wool blankets especially red...
and can't refuse these vintage Santa'swhen i see them.
 son Jeff says they are scary...
