Cobblestone Cobbler Christmas!

Was hard scheduling a day that was good for everyone this year but had to get it in while cousin Beth was home from California!! as she is our long distance Cobbler! Beths sister Karen and sister in law Sharon come too as they are all over at Auntie Pats for Christmas. Auntie Mary and Carol werent able to make it and we missed them lots!

These two besties are so funny... Carol wanted this crock when they were on a road trip..
she was taking to long to decide between a couple so sister Jana said " im buying this one"
and then she gave it to Carol P for Christmas! sneaky sister Jana!

we each held up what we made for each other...



sister Jana gave us a pincushion she made and a quilt book wrapped in pretty Christmas fabric..
Auntie Pat made the ginger bread wall hanging ..
Carol P made us each a wall hanging of our birth month..
Auntie Mary and I gave them each a book of our 2014 Cobbler Get togethers with recipes and pictures..



Cousin Beth made us each these cool pot holders and hot pad..
and Joyce made us her wonderful peanut brittle that we beg for all year long..

so these are waiting  for Auntie Mary and Carol....



we had a nice time with food, fun and great gifts!
now we can look forward to the 2015 Cobbler get togethers !!

This & That and a Birthday Girl!

its sister Janas Birthday today!! Happy Birthday sister Jana!! Celebrate!!
This is Steve, Jana and their grandbabes!

Grandbabe went shopping for Christmas at Sunday school and he told me he was looking for something antique.. was disappointed he really couldn't find anything.. boy i was so surprised when i opened this!! i told him he did a great job and i love it!! at least im rubbing off on someone!

i was having car trouble and had help from my dad and brother, and it was bitter cold out. We were trying to get the battery out but ended up jumping it and driving it to a place. glad we didnt waste anymore time on the battery as it was the alternator... thanx Dad and Jim

Jeff and family went to Tonya's family's for a Christmas celebration and her sister took a few pictures of them!

we went out and had pizza with nephew Ethan (sister Joans son) and new Wife Haley so we could hear all about the small but so sweet wedding! Congratulations guys! and it was Haleys Birthday yesterday so happy Birthday too! Ethan will be leaving tomorrow to finish his tec school and then will be stationed in Minot, ND about 4 hours from here and Haley will join him there!

I have a new grandkitty!! yep! Jason/Jessie brought Matilda home from a shelter. she is approx. 1 1/2 years old and seems to be adjusting..

Emma girl had her weekly appt at the vet and finely i think we have her blood sugar under control! now to keep it this way!!

My Nephew who joined the Airforce was home for a couple weeks and GOT MARRIED!
Yep now there are 4 family weddings on Dec. 27th!

cousin Ryan and Jess (Auntie Marys son) - 13 yrs i think
son Jason and Jessica - 6 years
and now Ethan and Haley!!   congrats!!

well it is here! and we got a dusting of snow over the ice so hopefully it will stay and we will have a white Christmas.
