Cobblers Again!


the cobblers met for supper at the lake again!

then on to Auntie Marys!
i never tire of this drive.. 



ready for our pontoon ride! 

it was beautiful and maybe our last 
cobbler pontoon ride for the season..
Carol P brought her loon books
reading us a little about the birds she loves! 

time for Carol Ps Birthday Dessert!
she had requested a Razel Dazel Pie
and Auntie Mary had it all ready.
as usual it was the best! 

then time for show & tell..
auntie Pat brought some jean quilt blocks
 shes working on.
(shes having a hard time finding colored 
jeans by the yardage. 
if anyone knows of a place we can look plz chime in!
 i've looked at Joann fabrics, etsy, ebay and googled!)
sister Jana showed us the t-shirt quilt 
shes making for her son.
Carol P showed us a pattern
 shes been looking for and found.
i showed my latest basket
Carol showed us the saran wrap way of 
tracing a pattern on to wool.
and sister Jana brought some of her husbands
jerky he makes for Dennis's snack in the beet truck! 

Carol and friends took a welding class! 

she brought her finished project to show us! 

Joyce brought us all fresh produce! 

then it was time for presents for
 the Birthday Girl! 
all kinds of fun stuff! 

the night went too fast.... 





we as always it was great friends, food and fun!

    I love how you get together all the time. You are indeed very lucky to have each others. It makes life so much better.
